Johner T. Wilson III

Johner joined Daley Mohan & Groble, P.C. in 2009 with experience as both a civil litigator and transactional practitioner. Johner’s diverse legal experience includes litigation in the areas of product liability, labor and employment law, contract disputes, business torts, land use and condemnation proceedings, personal injuries and issues related to local municipal governments. Johner also has experience in business and real estate transactions of all types.

Before joining Daley Mohan & Groble, Johner worked as an associate attorney at Albert Whitehead, P.C. in Chicago where he litigated, defended and prosecuted claims of commercial and local municipal government clients in trials in the United States District Courts and Circuit Courts of the State of Illinois. While a law student, Johner worked for the City of Chicago’s Legal Department as a Prosecutor (under a Rule 711 license) enforcing Municipal Ordinances and the Motor Vehicle Code.
