Jennifer E. Schuch
Jennifer joined Daley Mohan Groble, P.C. as an associate with a focus in litigation in 2011. Prior to joining Daley Mohan Groble, Jennifer worked at Rymer, Moore, Jackson & Echols P.C. in Houston where she helped defend companies in personal injury and insurance coverage suits.
While in law school at South Texas College of Law, Jennifer was an active member of the school's nationally ranked advocacy program, leading South Texas to their 103rd and 105th national wins. Jennifer also won the Texas Young Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition where she argued the winning round in front of the Texas Supreme Court. Upon graduation, Jennifer was awarded the Dean’s Outstanding Student Advocate Award and was inducted into The Order of the Barristers, a national honor society for courtroom advocates.
In addition to her work with courtroom advocacy, Jennifer became a certified mediator through the Frank Evans Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution at South Texas College of Law, and she has successfully mediated a variety of cases including divorce settlements and landlord–tenant disputes.
