Bernie has practiced for more than thirty years, with a primary emphasis on the representation of railroads. After five years of intensive trial experience while an in-house attorney for a major insurance company, Bernie moved to The Belt Railway Company of Chicago as an in-house attorney. In his ten years there, he handled FELA claims and all types of litigation, as well as real estate matters and other transactional work. He continued to represent The Belt Railway as a partner at the Chicago law firm of Ross & Hardies for eleven years, and now as a partner at Daley Mohan Groble.
